As soon as you can! Please RSVP online (here) no later than September 1, 2021.

Where and when are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both will be held at the event center at:

Highland Brewing Company

12 Old Charlotte Hwy

Asheville, NC 28803

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the rooftop of the event center (weather-permitting). 

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM (please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45).

The reception will be inside the event center, and will end at 11:30 PM.

What time should we be there?

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, October 22, 2021. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 to settle in.

What should I wear?

Semi-formal or cocktail attire. Come ready to dance!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the rooftop of the Highland Brewing  event center (weather-permitting), and it could be a bit nippy in late-October, so feel free to bring layers. The reception will be indoors, inside the event center.

All post-wedding gatherings over the weekend are casual.

Are there other events that I am invited to?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to join our post-wedding gatherings over the weekend.

We don't have the details nailed down yet - we will keep you posted as plans develop.

Will parking be available?

Yes. However, if you plan to enjoy any alcoholic beverages at the wedding, we strongly suggest you use Uber or Lyft to get to/from the venue. Please be safe!

Highland Brewing is about a 15 minute drive from downtown, and we have room blocks at a few hotels near the venue (more information here).

Can I bring a date/my kids?

In order to keep our guest list on-track, we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on your save the date and wedding invitation. 

Will there be food and drinks served?

Yes! We will have an open bar throughout the cocktail hour and reception with beer, wine, cider, and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as tasty BBQ and carrot cake.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please indicate your dietary needs when you RSVP. If you have any concerns please feel free to reach out to us.

Will there be dancing?

Um... have you met us? We plan to dance until our feet fall off! We will have a live band that will help us dance the night away.

Our registry is located on Zola, and can be found here.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes! We will have room blocks at discounted rates at three hotels, and a 10% discount at a fourth hotel. One hotel is very close to the venue, and the other three are in downtown Asheville. We have details and links listed here. There are good AirBnB options in the area as well. It is a very popular weekend to travel to Asheville, so we recommend booking something soon!
